- Service Agreement We will provide Services to our clients as outlined in our Service Agreement, which will be agreed upon and signed by both parties. This agreement will outline the scope of the work, timelines, and costs associated with the Services.
- Payment terms will be outlined in the Service Agreement. Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of Services.
- Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are the property of the respective owners. We do not claim ownership of any intellectual property provided by the client for use in the Services. However, the client grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their intellectual property solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
- Confidentiality We will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and materials provided to us for the purpose of providing Services. We will not disclose any such information or materials to third parties without the express written consent of the client.
- Disclaimer of Warranties We make no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to the Services provided, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Limitation of Liability Our liability for any damages arising from the Services provided will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the Services. We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
- Termination Either party may terminate the Service Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying all fees for Services provided up to the date of termination.
- Governing Law These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Services are provided.
- Modifications We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review these terms and conditions. Continued use of the Services after any modifications to the terms and conditions will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Thank you for considering our web design and digital marketing company for your business needs. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that require a refund, and we want to ensure that you are fully informed of our refund policy.
We strive to deliver high-quality web design services to all our clients. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund within 15 days of the project start date. However, if we have completed more than 50% of the project, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund. Any refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any third-party services or products that we have purchased on your behalf. Any cancellation or refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our customer support team at [support@indiabbazaar.in].
