Policy Overview: Indiabbazaar Webmedia Services understands that circumstances may arise where clients need to cancel their website design service. To facilitate such situations, we have formulated the following cancellation policy:.
- Cancellation Procedure: Clients are required to submit a cancellation request in writing via email to [email address]. The cancellation request must include the client’s name, contact details, project details, and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation Fees: a. For cancellations made within 5 days of signing the contract or making the initial payment, no cancellation fee will be charged, and a full refund will be issued. b. Cancellations made after 5 days of signing the contract or making the initial payment will incur a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date and will be deducted from the total refund amount. c. If the cancellation occurs after the completion of the project or after the agreed-upon milestones, no refund will be issued.
- Refund Process: a. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. b. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.
- Project Ownership: In the event of cancellation, all design concepts, drafts, and completed work remain the property of Indiabbazaar Webmedia Services. The client does not have the right to use any of the materials developed by Indiabbazaar Webmedia Services for the canceled project.
- Resumption of Services: If a client wishes to resume the project after cancellation, Indiabbazaar Webmedia Services reserves the right to renegotiate terms, including project timeline and pricing.
- Exceptions: Circumstances such as force majeure events or breaches of contract by Indiabbazaar Webmedia Services may exempt clients from cancellation fees. Each case will be assessed individually.

Modification of Policy: Indiabbazaar Webmedia Services reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
